    I wanted to make sure everyone was aware of the policies of ?Prevent Direct Access.

    I purchased their plugin at the end of June 2022 with the idea that if I didn’t work, I would be able to receive a complete refund. However, I requested a refund in August 2022. Nina who is the person running the customer support team asked what was wrong with the plugin. I told her that I used a different method to share files with my customers. She was unwilling to give me a full refund because I didn’t ask for help from support team.

    She asked me to remove the plugin from the website. I felt that was only fair. I also provided her with a screenshot. But she still did not provide any refund.

    I placed a comment on this form. Nina promised if I removed the poor rating that she would refund me 65% of my money. I did remove the poor comments but she never refunded my money. Therefore, she is a liar and cheater. I even provided her with a screenshot for the deleted comments.

    I followed up with her again in December 2022. She has not responded and I was not refunded any money.

    Be vary careful about using this company. They do want to do the right thing. I am sure Nina will working on STEALING other customers money in the future. But, I wanted to make sure everyone was aware of it before providing her any money.
