NIMIQ payment does not work, error message: data must not exceed 64 bytes

    i lately installed your plugin Cryptocurrency Checkout – Accept Bitcoin, Ethereum and Nimiq – unfortunately payment via this gateway does not work. at least not when paying with NIM (i have not tried bitcoin or ethereum yet).
    after having confirmed the payment with nimiq, on return to my website there is an error message: data must not exceed 64 bytes.
    people do get their order confirmation, but payment does not happen.

    i’d love to offer the possibility to pay with NIM, so could you please help me to fix this?

    my wordpress installation is up to date.

    Hello @siiilke,

    thank you for this question!

    Please check the setting “Transaction Message” in this plugin’s settings (Nimiq section). This message should not be longer than 50 characters. If you are using non-ASCII characters, the message must be even shorter (non-ASCII characters use more bytes per character).
