Nimbus Post Tracking Update Alerts

I use nimbus post. Rest everything is great. There are two issues that I can’t seem to understand how to resolve.
- During package transit, it reaches multiple locations. It generally gets offloaded multiple times across multiple courier warehouses. The plugin keeps sending multiple alerts as “Spd” and “In Transit”. This might be coming directly from the webhook but it would be very helpful if this could be controlled.
- The other problem is with NimbusPost (old). Since the launch of new api, we can not sync tracking from Order page manually. It gives a “Something Went Wrong” message. It mostly works fine automatically, but rarely there have been cases when it wont.
Kindly help in resolving this issue.
