I somehow solved it by commenting out the code on the 5th line, in filters.php. I’m not sure if this is an acceptable solution, but looks like it works for me.

@denizgezgin, by putting line 5 in comment, I simply have no filter anymore ??

This issue usually occurs when there is a javascript/jquery error on the page.

for Hans van’s case following error is found in the web developer console.

Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: .main-nav-list a[href*=#]:not([href=#])

As soon as this js error is fixed, our plugin’s js would start working again.

Sorry for not replying guys, I haven’t check the WordPress forum lately!
The problem was due to a javascript/jquery problem caused by the minify function from W3Total Cache.
