• Incredibly disappointed by the support. Do not ask for customization! They made us wait for more than two months and took our money. No more news from them. The add to cart button stopped working, the text component didn’t appear and the cart image wasn’t keeping the good ratio. REALLY BAD PLUGGIN, DO NOT USE IT! Many more pluggins does the same thing….

    I’m indeed sorry that we got here with you. However, the specifications you sent to us when you demanded that we modify the plug-in to meet your client’s requirements were in fact delivered.

    Your client perhaps changed the scope of their requirements with you and it’s unfortunate that, according to you, your clients decided to walk away on the project because what they wanted didn’t seem to be the same with what we both agreed to when you signed our custom development contract.

    On this basis, I’m afraid, you do not qualify for neither a full nor a partial refund.

    Once again, I’m sorry that the current situation of things isn’t particularly what you would have wanted.
