• I can’t recommend Astra to anyone!

    I’ve been with them for several years and they always manage to get something to stop working after major updates.

    I come from the IT sector myself and understand that there can always be problems. But with Astra/Spectra over the years there is always something wrong!

    They want everything, but can’t seem to do it.

    I have already changed most of my customer websites to a much better theme. Unfortunately, I still have a few to go.
    But I’m going to tackle this bit by bit, as I don’t have the time or inclination to keep writing support tickets and constantly having to do things over again.

    Astra 4.6 was a major update with several new features and improvements. While it underwent extensive testing and a beta release, we acknowledge that some unexpected issues arose due to individual site environments and potential plugin compatibility concerns.

    However, we responded swiftly to address these issues. Within 24 hours of the original release, we released two subsequent versions with hotfixes to resolve the reported problems.

    Please update Astra to version 4.6.2 and see if you still face any issues. If you find any, we urge you to please share them with us. We are dedicated to resolving any outstanding issues and ensuring a smooth experience for all our users.
