@danishhaidri – Since you can customize nearly every aspect it’s hard to say exactly what has been changed from default so far without more info. That said:
1. Disable the overlay under Popup Settings -> Display tab to remove white backdrop, or edit the Popup Theme to change the color & opacity of the overlay.
2. Pages need to be deleted, if you don’t actually mean popups, then wouldn’t be related to our plugin. If you do mean popups, I can assure you nobody else has reported such behaviour, so it can only mean that it is actually being caused by another plugin or theme which has never been used along with our plugin. That means it wouldn’t be a popular plugin or theme, look for custom coded stuff or less popular plugins.
