Night shifts

I’ve just find out it’s impossible to add night shifts to the system.
here is the question: We are trying to create an overnight shift that goes from 22:00 pm to 7:00 am the next day. When we enter Actual Time Worked (reported by employee) From 22:00 To 7:00 it return 15 hours worked not 9.
Is there away to do this?
