Nice work

  • My theme shop makes great themes each time they come out with one. and point is one of those themes that are free but premium at the same time.

    Your site in your profile does not appear to use this theme.

    Are you reviewing the theme or just leaving a review because the “free premium offer” MyThemeShop setup instructed you to?

    If you are taking advantage of that theme author’s “Premium” offer which includes instruction to leave a review, don’t you think that’s dishonest? Are you reviewing the theme or just attempting to get a commercial product the theme author’s offer?

    That would not be a very honest review if it was just based on a commercial offer like that.

    Hi Jan,

    This is true that I came across point theme through the promotional offer, having said that I downloaded the theme point and tried it on one of my websites and found it as it is written in the review here, the theme is good one with a nice panel options and stuff.

    For the part of honesty in this promotion, i certainly agree with you that just for an offer you must not give a fancy review to a theme but, if someone tries a theme and gives his/her views over it. I don’t think there is a problem.

    I have been in touch with mythemeshop for sometime now and I have seen them doing good work. And as a result I tried to support them.

    If it is not ethically correct which I agree may be not , we must report such practices to the wordpress admins. I am with you for that .
