• The theme is, design-wise, nice and up to date, but it contains pitfalls as images do not always align as they should and leaving you with a big question mark as how to fix it (doesnt help to resize images).

    The big problem then is totally unresponsive support. I′ve waited for half a day now, without as much as a beep from the support team. My website doesn′t look good and theres nothing I can do about it.

    Terribly disappoint as long as you pay for it (I have the Pro version).

    I am sorry for the Delay in responding to your query. But, our response time is less than 24 hours. And we guarantee a response in that time.

    Please do not leave a review after waiting for only 12 hours. We live in different time zones, and it is not possible for me to be online at the same time as you are.

    I don′t think you should base a commercial idea on 24 hours response time for critical/urgent matters. Also still if we live in different time zones.
