    But I asked now for the 3rd time a simple presales question on their website….no answers received…

    Better to ask questions always here first…really quick answers (o;

    Went now for the personal plan and gonna revise my review based on the experiences here…

    I’ve reviewed our pre-sales questions and there are none that came from a name Richard, could you share the name that was used? There are also none that haven’t been replied to within 24 hours at least.

    We might have missed the question on the Facebook group as it’s not easy to track everything there and on different sources but if you contact us here on www.remarpro.com threads or via pre-sales channel we always reply and try to help our users.

    Well replies here are always fast…at least one good thing ??

    I asked on your site last Sunday, Tuesday and just few minutes ago..all with name as Richard Klingler…

    I couldn’t ask on the facebook group as since trying to join last Sunday this is still not through…

    It was jsut a simple question which should be maybe covered in your FAQ section:

    If I go for the personal subscription and few weeks later decide that I need the woocommerce as well..do I pay then the full price for the business plan or just the difference then for the first year?

    Thank you for the clarification. It is possible to upgrade by paying only the difference. We have this covered in the documentation, and we’ll consider it for the FAQ as well.
