• We needed to have the price of the subs update to the latest most recent pricing and also have the subs charge the new rate the next month after any price updates…. which the standard plugin does not do. (We had to pay extra for this). There was also an issue with the compatibility with Stripe, which was also fixed in an update. (Wasn’t fun when it wasn’t working, but glad it is now.) We needed to change what is shown in the subscribers list (Add user’s first and last name, and also make it searchable) They added the first and last name column, and the search is working fine. One thing I can say is that the support is timely… They got back to me right away when the issues first needed mods… Yes, it cost actually a lot more than the Pro version was but now it’s working exactly the way my client needs it to…

    As far we know and have checked the issue is not from our end and let us tell this how we are saying-

    The first you request you have done was related to counting which is wrong- this is neither bug not issue in our plugin, in any of our clients, this happens on your website because you have deleted the parent order, so if you will delete this obviously it will create gap. This is from end but still we will solve this for you if you want

    For other things, that we never mentioned anywhere we can’t do, if you want our support team can only help

    We are always ready for the last help we can from our end,
