Nice plugin, poor support

Hi @civid, we are still waitting for your reply regarding what issues have you face or the support you need.Your review isn’t helpful enough for us to try and make it up to you.

We would request you to use our support once for any of your issues. We would be glad to assist you and then we may have a better chance of knowing your issues and also get a justifiable rating.

There is no point to arguing about it. Issues that i have faced are solved without your support.

@civid Great, you have solved the issue all by yourself, that’s commanding. Believe me, when I’m saying that we are not here to argue but rather to improve ourselves. For that we really need your co-operation, mate. Please provide us the support thread link you are talking about. Without that your feedback isn’t helpful at all.

If needed give us a second chance (if not the first), and you will not be disappointed!
