• I have only 3 features I wanted that work, the other 5 I wanted just don’t. A little bit too thin for an + € 20,- plugin I think. The only real use for me is having a 3 column footer and coloured social media badges in the footer.

  • Good morning, I can’t figure out the solution. Do you have more suggestions?

Can you please move this review into the Support Forum? It’s not very fair to post a support issue as a review.

We will investigate the two issues that you mention and get back to you.

    Thank you,

    Oliver

This is not a support thread, please move it to the support forum rather than using a review. We have already replied as such above and you have since edited your review to include another support issue.

    – Back To Top Link works fine on our test site on mobile (please provide more information as to how it isn’t working with a link)
    – Making the header image larger (whether there’s a featured image or not) is the current intended function. If you’d like another option to provide an alternative function, please request one in the support forum.
    – Move featured image into post content does what it says it does. If you’d like a similar option for pages, please request one in the support forum.

    Thank you,

    Oliver

I wasn’t posting it as a support question, I was just saying that some functions on the plugin don’t work for me as a review :-). I changed it. Are you happy now? If I knew another way to get a 3 colum footer I would ask my money back. Is that an option?

You are welcome to your money back at any time. It is a shame that you have used this review to highlight support requests rather than use the support forum where we could have easily sorted your issues.

And now you have reduced the review further to a three star rating in an attempt to hold us to ransom.

Please advise if you would like a refund and we will be delighted to oblige.

@domainsupport I’ve removed the mod look flag. Please don’t report posts like this.

The review is not a support post in disguise. The review is “I don’t think it was worth the money and here’s why.”

It’s okay for people to not like your plugins.

    Thank you for your input.

The post was originally reporting perceived issues that did not exist and should have been a support request.

For anyone else coming to this thread, please post support related issues or feature requests in the support forum so we can help you rather than immediately resorting to leaving a review.

That way we can help you and you stand a better chance of liking the plugin.

    Everybody wins ??

You yourself is the one behaving really ridiculous.

You are having issues that do not exist? Is that the way to talk to a customer?

You wrote me an email with this in it:

And you reported my review? I am holding you ransom?
    LOL
    This is really hillarious!
It can’t get any crazier then this. Have you ever in your life looked at the reviews in the apple app-store for some apps? Full of reviews like mine.
Couldn’t it be really possible that someone doesn’t like your pluggin because they think it’s not worth the money?

You should follow a course “how do I deal with critique” and shame yourself :-).

I have to say I think @hansbeen is way out of line. He is complaining that the plugin doesn’t so what he wants when the features of the plugin are clearly stated. It would be like me going to a seafood restaurant and complaining because they don’t server pizza.

All one has to do is look at all of the positive reviews for this plugin and see that the developer provides amazing customer support for an amazing plugin.

    I recommend this plugin.

Some of the features stated really did not work for me at that time. It is just that the author of the plugin reacted in such a histerical way. He said I was moaning about nothing and I was a liar, and reported issues that didn’t exist and so forth.
Can we please close this issue now?

    hansbeen,
When you are in a hole, stop digging. No-one called you a liar. To avoid trashing your identity in this forum I recommend you apologise and then we will all move on.
