• I’ve waited for months before leaving this feedback/rating. This plugin does what it is supposed to do and does it pretty well. It lacks, however, the ability to sort subscribers or search among subscribers. These should be basic functions that facilitate easy location of records that need editing or deletion. Despite many requests by myself and others n the support forum, as well as promises to add these critical functions, the developers have offered two updates that still lack the ability to sort or search. This lack of response on such basic functions is why a two star rating is appropriate.

  • Hello,

    Thanks for your feedback.

We can understand that. Sort & Search subscribers functionality is missing.

We are working on the revamp of the Email Subscribers plugin and these functionalities are into list.

We will update you as soon as we will launch it.

    Thanks for your patience!

Thanks for the prompt response, but don’t thank me for my patience. I’ve requested this improvement for months with no results from your end. Come on, sorting a list? Searching among fields? These are basic database functions that shouldn’t be a huge challenge to your team. It sounds more like you aren’t really listening, but putting this off as a priority. Get this done for heaven’s sake. We all want and it only make your plugin better.

    Hello,

    Thanks for your reply.

I can understand it’s not a huge challenge to add searching & sorting for the list.

But, as I already mentioned in my previous reply that we are working on the revamp of Email Subscribers and will be incorporated into it.

We don’t want to implement in this version as it will be replaced by new version in near future. So, rather than putting efforts here, we want to put those efforts for revamping. And eventually it will be benefitted to all email subscriber users.

    Hope that make sense.

Sorry, but your explanations still don’t make any sense from a users perspective. You acknowledge how easy it is to add the sort and search functionalities, so there is no reason not to include these features in any of your routine updates rather than waiting until the next version. You should be putting our needs as users ahead of your own “revamping” priorities.
