Nice plugin, but…

hi there..
your plugin is exactly the one i have been looking for, for a loooong time..
But – it dos’nt work.. I get this message, when i try to make a request.
“Sorry, Looks as thought we had some trouble procceing your ticket.”
What should i do – how to fix ?
