  • but can you make print action button or something after someone done filling the form? plus the format of the printed page

    Yes, you can add a Print button on the form from the Settings -> Advanced -> Add a Print button on the form option, as here: https://prnt.sc/iqkfm4 -> https://prnt.sc/iqkif5
    This option will allow the form to be saved as a PDF and the format can be adjusted from your browser’s printing options.
