@customtrim – Curious if you attempted to get support? I can assure you that it does in fact work, but there are issues in the WP ecosystem that can break the popup functionality. In those cases 99% of the time its caused by several common issues in themes and other plugins which we can’t account for in our code. Even in those cases we offer assistance in tracking it down but you have to ask.

Most often its a JS error, incompatible version of jQuery (v2,v3, v1.8-), theme missing wp_head or wp_footer, unclosed html elements, or even the content you insert into a popup which again is out of our control.

If you would like some help getting it working we would be happy to help.

I can’t beleive this!!! People give 1 star review because THEY don’t know how make it work properly. Unbeleiveable…they should give one star to themselves.

I changed my review, not because I am happy with the plugin, but because I’m trying to be nice. My website doesn’t use WordPress @francescolucamarino.
