Basic features – integration needs attention

The demo of this plugin has some simple basic features. It’s easy to use, but does not have email notification. The pro version does not integrate well (with certain themes/plugins) and in the end I was not able to use it as a support tool. I also observed that the tickets were public by default (kind of like a forum) which is cool if that’s what you want. Nice reply feature. Integration could work better if there was an option to customize the colors without assuming you want to use your theme since it might not work. Compare the price and features carefully to be sure if this is the right solution for you
