    Hi I need a users nice name, in order to make it easier to look up their profiles with buddypress in other pages, can this plug in do that??

    @mikecrf121 – I’m not really sure what you are asking. This plugin helps shows user info in your sites front end menus while they are logged in. If you mean adding links to their profiles. It might be possible to set it up to replace part of the url with their slug, haven’t tested it though so not even sure its coded to replace urls but you would use the custom url if you were to try.

    So buddypress for their slugs uses the users nice_name found in the users table in wp. Im trying to capture that value so I can create url s later from that value. Check the users table in wp .

    @mikecrf121 – Sorry, not sure why this didn’t get a reply. I have this in our issue tracker already and we are working on several larger updates. So look forward to this capability in the near future.
