Nice forms and functions but bad for site speed test…

  • I have spent a lot of time making my site as fast as possible. Before mailmunch the only place I really failed was with google fonts in speed test. After installing mailmunch this shows up as well.
    Funny thing is actually when you read their FAQ and their statement about speed ??

    I have contacted support about this issue twice but they don’t return my mails. I know I can’t expect much since I use free version, but heck if it was my plugin, Inwould take something like that seriously.

    I give 5 stars for plugin functions and design minus 1 for missing support and minus another one for adding problems to page speed test. So 3 stars it is.

    Hi Michael, Extremely sorry to hear that. I looked up your support history and a reply from Mark was sent to your support request. I have also replied directly to your email as well. Can you pleas confirm if you have received the reply?

    You are correct Liz, I did receive a response, but after 2-3 weeks.
    I don’t know about your point with the speed test – that it does not matter, but I guess I will keep the plugin anyway. Like I wrote, I like the design and the features ??
