Thanks for the feedback, and I apologize for any confusion over this!

For the Lite version of our plugin, form entry data is stored only in the automatic notification emails that are sent out.

If you decide down the road to give one of our pro licenses a shot, they’re able to collect and store entries to the database so you could review data right from your WordPress admin (in addition to sending notifications).
