Nice, easy to use plugin

We started using this plugin in our company for some simple task management in our company. We chose it because it is very easy to use, which is important for us, as far as not all of our employees have experience with software applications. So far we’ve been using it for a few days and we are glad to see that the support reacts fast, which is also very important.

With just a few customizations, I think this plugin can be used for a variety of purposes, such as project management, technical support, tasks distribution, etc.
