Nice but wierd defaults

Does the job really well, but default options for team members pictures are really strange: it’s “low resolution”. So the first time you launch the plugin, you see hidious pixelated pictures… And it’s quite tricky to find how to change that, I lost like 2 hours on this. Why? We’re not in prehistoric age anymore, loading a 200ko jpeg or a 25ko jpeg doesnt make lots of difference :p! Nice job anyway it’s a great plugin
