Nice, but can′t use it, because…

Hi, thanks for the plugin, it′s really nice. BUT, we are facing problems with it as:

1. – Shows password protected categories / posts to public.
2. – Categories order doesn′t work, we try to order them to have our tree list categories, with 5 categories, and they can only be alphabetical ordered.

Is there any solution for this 2 situations?
