nice and very simple plugin

It seems like a very nice and clean plug-in so far. It is great for someone who needs something quickly and make it up and running. I will purchase his advanced or pro plug-in to help him out.

I hope that we could make some minor adjustment by changing the order or make the lines between each field about 50% shorter. It is about 5/8″ inch and it would be best to have 1/4″ or less between each field of name and your email. It would be nice if we could change the text and color of the buttons as well.
