Nice and simple

This plugin gives a perfect base for your printed pages.
I hope for the following features :
– option to open print view in a new window
– option to skip preview page and print directly
– possibility to cleanly override the output template for print_link()
For the default plugin css, you already can override the plugin’s one width a css in your theme file.
