Nginx rules are needed

How to determine whether I need the rules or not? My blog posts are visible as xyz.xyz/2020/10/postname, and on the server side it’s just standard wordpress installation (public_html and then wp-content)

I have also another question, but I will first look whether it would fit another topic more.
