NGINX problem

I am having trouble with the Redirection plugin because a site’s server using NGINX.
In this case, Redirection is causing errant redirects such that some users (not all) who go to the home page (i.e., https://www.[domain].com) are redirected to https://www.[domain].com/ko, which is a landing page for people accessing the site via https://www.domain.ko.
Is there a way to get the Redirection plugin to work error free with NGINX?
If not, is there another plugin which will monitor URL changes and dynamically create 301 redirects when URLs change?
