nginx in front of apache

    I have nginx in front of apache server configuration. Could you help me to configure W3TC for my case? Mainly for page cache and browser cache. The plugin creates code for .htaccess only on install tab , and this code doesn’t work for browser cache and for gzip, although the plugin creates _index.html_gzip file in wp-content/cache/page_enhanced/example.com/page_url/.
