    Hi @alisha5,

    I’m afraid, your query is more specific to your hosting provider so what we could comment about the correct path is limited. Could we know did you check with your Hosting provider regarding this?

    Maybe NGINX is configured as a reverse proxy? If that’s the case, Could you please check whether switching to “Apache” in Hummingbird and applying it works or not?
