Nginx and Popular post plugin problem

Hi, I’m using Nginx fastcgi cache with Nginx helper, now have installed great plugin called “Top 10 – Popular posts plugin for WordPress” but the problem is that resulsts of them (list of daily popular posts) aren’t auto refreshed on cached page (it count visits on this pages, but not refresh results as long as we don’t purge cache manual or by publishing new post.
Is it possible to automatic update cached page when popular posts order is changed or just set to automatic purge cache every hour ?
