nginx 404 on WP Engine

    Firstly, just wanted to say that I’ve been using WP Document Revisions for years and I think it’s the best document management plugin for WP.

    I’ve run into a frustrating issue trying to get this to work on WP Engine. When trying to view documents, I’m seeing an nginx 404. It appears to be the same issue mentioned here:

    I have contacted WP Engine and was told to follow up with the plugin developer, as they were unable to locate the problem on their end. I know this is a server configuration issue, since I copied the site to my localhost where it worked correctly.

    Any clues as to what server settings may be causing this would be greatly appreciated. I’ve also confirmed that the documents are accessible via the query string ?document=.
