    Hello,

I am using Gtranslate pro (Business) to use the other language in subdirectory. I have followed the guidelines from the live chat support to add the redirect code on my nginx conf file.

When I tried to translate the original language to the other one, all pages result as 404 page. This is happened on every pages and every language. As example by adding /de/ after the url and the others.

I have waited the answer from the live chat but they didn’t provide any answer yet. Can you help me find out where the exact problem is? I really want to use this plugin for upcoming projects.

    Thank you,
    Adrian

    Hi,

Usually we request SSH access to configure nginx server for you.

If you are unable to provide that, we recommend using sub-domain URL structure instead, which doesn’t depend on your server internals.

If you have already provided the necessary access details, please wait and you will get a response.

    Thanks! ??
