Nginx 404 Error after latest update

  • we were using version 2.0 and plugin was working fine , as we updated recently to latest 2.7 version , we start getting Nginx 404 error on the page , we had to revert back to 2.0 to see the plugin and working fine again .
    please update if u know something we could have done or any one else has experienced similar issues after update ..

    It is most likely a cache issue. The version 2.0 used a different URL for the PDF.js viewer and the URL may be cached in the page HTML code.

    If your web server or CDN has a cache scheme, or your WordPress has a cache plugin installed, please flush the caches and give it a try.

    You may also need to clear caches of your web browser.

    Hello , we rolled back initially to 2.0 and it was working fine , recently updated the plugin to 2.7 v and flushed the server and browser cache as you mentioned above and we dont have any cache plugin installed , however we were still facing the same NGINX error , blank page with NGINX 404 error displayed on it , we had to go back to 2.0V to keep the website in working shape .
    what could be the possible issue , what is next course of action for us pls guide , really appreciate
