    Hi,
I′m using NextGen Gallery plugin (version 2.2.54) in a multisite-multinetwork WordPress installation.
NGG has a option page in the network management where it is possible to change the standard upload path (wp-content/uploads/sites/%BLOG_ID%/nggallery/) for the different sites / blogs in the network. I changed this to “wp-content/blogs.dir/%BLOG_ID%/files/”, but if I create new galleries they get created at the standard path “wp-content/uploads/sites/%BLOG_ID%/nggallery/”.
Beside this it is not possible to create a new gallery directly through the NGG-page “Add gallerie / image” of the site.
Has anybody an idea, what to do?
    Thanks
    Bernhard

@bhenselmann – Are these two different issues persisting separately or does one happen after the other?

In other words, does the Gallery > Add Gallery / Images functionality work when using the default installation setup of NextGEN Gallery in your multisite instance? Does the add images functionality work on any sub-site or is it just working on some sub-sites?

As to the path issue, this could be much more involved depending on several factors and we may need to debug it on your installation specifically depending on the above questions.

    Thanks!

thanks @imagely for this fastest response!
    – The two issues persisting seperately, it is not depending on the sequence.
    – I just looked, how the other sites are working in the multisite installation: The other sites are working ok. Only the 2 allready existing sites (www.muenchen-international.de and mi-netz.earthlink.de) in the network “MI-Netzwerk” show the problem. I just added an other Site “test.mi-netz.earthlink.de” in the netowrk “MI-Netzwerk”. The test site is working ok as well.
    – As far as I remember now, I have imported the site with the problem some years ago from a single WordPress installation.
    Thanks for helping!

@bhenselmann – Thanks for the follow-up. Unfortunately, this may be something outside our scope to get you sorted out with as it could be something within those sub-sites database references that needs to be reviewed and fixed.

    All the best…

    – Cais.
