NG 2.x shortcodes fail; conflict with NGG Powertags

NGG shortcodes (new style)are printed like plain text. Galleries selected with the toolbar work in limited testing. ALL fails when using NextGen Gallery Powertags plugin, which is about as important as NextGen itself.
