NFT not showing up

  • Hi,

    The NFT was created:

    But it doesn’t show up even after clicking Refresh NFT collection button.

    This seems odd as well, it appears to have created the NFT and not recognised it as a MP NFT. (I have no other NFTs in this address).

    Also, I clicked create new gallery after minting the NFT but it doesn’t get created.

    Hi I just set up on another website. There’s something strange happening with the API details changing. But I will make another post for that issue to avoid confusion.

    The issue for this installation on this website is that the NFTs get created somehow outside of MP and don’t show up in the My NFT collection tab.

    I have tried Refresh NFT collection button, deleting the plugin, disconnecting the wallet but still no luck.
