Just tell me how to inside the loop, please

did you check the link you posted and tried the suggestions?

more information would be helpful:
link to your site?
theme?
is it modified?
are you running a special query before the loop?

the problem is more likely outside the loop –

<?php next_posts_link('&laquo; Older Entries') ?>
and
<?php previous_posts_link('Newer Entries &raquo;') ?>

however, without more information, advice is guesswork ??
