• Hallo friends.
First of all, I would like to thank you all, I’ve been working on my site for awhile and this forum solved most of the issues I had. WordPress has a great software.
    Secondly, I’d like to ask:
I have posts that are very long and I manage them with the <page> tag. It creates numbers 1 2 3 4 .
Instead of numbers I would like the post to show “Next page” and “Previous Page” for that tag.
Is it possible? and if so, how would I go about doing that?
    Thank you in advance
    Shlomo

Still not what I’m looking for.
Friend, the links you gave me are for browsing between posts. I am looking for a way to replace the numbers on the buttom of a post (which I use <page> tag to seperate to different pages), so the users will see “next page” and “previous page” instead of numbers.
for example: https://www.nlpweekly.com/index.php?p=58 – this post I have 7 pages, the links to each are in the form of 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 . I want to have “next page” instead.
    Thank you again.

I see what you are looking for, but if you happen to have, say, a seven page article, do you want to force your visitors to keep hitting next, next, next, next, or previous, previous, previous? Be kind to your readers and give them a chance to skip to a specific page.
Just my opinion–your results, and opinions, may vary.

    ?? NuclearMoose, smart words!
Now I’d just like to add this option, so they’ll have at least another way to browse through the pages. Any ideas?
