nextpage tag not working in Pages, works fine in Posts

  • When I type in the nextpage or More tag (nextpage button was removed ??) the page breaks correctly in regular blog posts. But when creating static pages they do nothing. Is this a bug or me…if me where do I look, theme pages?

  • As far as I know the “more” tag doesn’t work in Pages, but the <!--netxpage--> should work.
    In the template there should be a line
    <?php wp_link_pages(); ?>

    That line was not in my page template….adding it worked. THANKS!
