Nextpage causes too many redirects

  • Hello!

    I have WP + bbPress site running almost two years now, but only now I tested <!--nextpage--> with a lengthy post I’m working on. The address of the next page seems to be https://…/my-lengthy-post/2 and this causes an error “too many redirects”. All other links seem to work, just this created by the next page instruction doesn’t.

    I found some instructions saying, that I should define

    define('WP_HOME','https://example.com');
define('WP_SITEURL','https://example.com');

    My wp-config file didn’t contain those (created automatically when I installed WP with Softaculous App Installer on CPanel). I added them (ofc with the correct URL https://…), but in vain.
