    WP-Version is 4.1, not 2.0.66.37 – thats the Plugin-Version, sorry ??

    @achim Kirchmeier – I’m not able to recreate that on any test or live site … perhaps there is some sort of conflict, or possibly the plugin may have been corrupted in its installation?
