Nextgen V2 and up with other shortcodes

    With lots of drum and ceremony Photocrati took over Nextgen from Alex Rabe. Ever since V2 this plugin has only caused trouble. Lately, a number of other shortcodes stopped working. Improved Include Page but also shortcodes I added myself stopped working. Also, plugins that rely on Nextgen (e.g. gallery-view) don’t work with V2.0.33. I decided to go back to Nextgen V1.9.13. Guess what ? Everything works again.
