NextGen Smooth Gallery Thumbnail Positioning???

Hi again,
So I am working in WordPress and I just downloaded and activated a plugin called NextGen Smooth Gallery. I’ve added gallery onto one of my pages and it looks amazing…one thing though….the thumbnails of the images shows up over top of the current image :s
I tried adjusting the options for the plugin but there is no option for setting the thumbails below the main image which is what I’d really like to do :s

So I was wondering if anyone knew how to have the thumbnails placed below the main image using a code or scripting of some kind? And if so, which .php file would I place the code and where?
