NextGen Slideshow Disappeared

  • I have used Next Gen successfully for slideshows and love it. All of a sudden, however, the slideshow shows as an empty black box. This happened on several posts and one page.

    [nggallery id=4] is the format I have on the post/page.

    I don’t see an updated version and I have doublechecked to make sure all the photos are the correct size and not over the limit.

    Can you please help me. Thank you.
