NextGen Pro won't start up – execution time

  • Hi,

    Nextgen gallery (+PRO) doesn’t seem to work on this website I’m managing. WordPres 3.8 / theme: Twenty Fourteen.
    Can’t load just one image or start a gallery. I keep getting this message:

    Internal Server Error
    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
    Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@xxmysitexx and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
    Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    The error log keeps repeatingly says:

    My hosting provider:
    Your server has the resources: 2 x Quad-Core Xeon L5520 2.26 Ghz w/HT (Hyper-Threading Technologie) CPU Processor (16 cpu’s)
    ? 16 GB (16.384 MB) Ram Memory
    ? gigE 1000mbps Uplink
    Your allowed the use: 12.5 % CPU usage / 250MB RAM. PHP memory_limit is 128M.

    I’m out of ideas. Can anyone help me? Thx a lot in advance.

    @charles de Vre – I’m not seeing anything out of the ordinary with your server settings you have shared, but as a “Pro” subscriber you are recommended to make any NextGEN Pro related issues noted to us via your member’s area at http:nextgen-gallery.com/
