NextGen Plugin not Working Properly

Mine isn’t working either, and my wp-greet message says the following, which I don’t know how to do. Where do I go find this line that needs to be changed? :

No, I was just joint your question. Not giving an answer, sorry! I’m needing help with a different plugin that works along side nextgen. Wp-greet. I just don’t know where to find it in the cpanel.

what i tried:

deactivating the NGG and still nothing happens.

im scared if i uninstall NGG and reinstall NGG my settings and photos will be lost..

@lampz – You could just try the Reset Option under Gallery > Other Options … this is safe and will not affect your images (it will put your settings back to the defaults).

Unfortunately there is no image to look at that you are referring to …

@marinayamamoto – I cannot tell if you issue is the same but I can almost guarantee it is not identical, it would be best for you to create your own topic.

Please also ensure the entire message fro the other plugin is displayed as what you have already posted seems incomplete.

yes theres no image as there are no display when i hit the image..

it suppose to be theres a pop up with the nextgen options/add image or edit thumbnails..

but it just went blank..

@lampz – You appeared to be referencing a screen capture of the issue at hand but from this description I have a slightly better idea of what you are referring to now.

Did you try the Reset Option? Have you checked for conflicts with other plugins by deactivating all of them and then re-activating NextGEN Gallery only after clearing all of your caches?

We will need log in and FTP credentials as well, please include those with the Bug Report.
