NextGen plugin doesn't dispaly its image thumbnail properly

I am using wordpress 3.8.2 running Jazz theme and NextGEN pluggin for galleries ,and I’m facing a problem with it, It displays its thumbnail images in a wrong way with the initial/first load. all the images is displayed in vertical line view instead of thumbnail grid view. and I have to refresh the page to be displayed in the right view. Does anyone have any idea about this? is this a bug or I use the plugin on the wrong way?
another point to be clarified, when I inspected the elements for the pluggin I found that in the first load there’s no active styling for the thumbnail. but after refreshing the page it works fine and the style appears . this screenshot can illustrate what I mean https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B2CDnkQhsAyMT3B3b2FhSXRlUU0/edit?usp=sharing
