Nextgen page not displaying properly

I hope that someone can help me with my problem. I am chairman of a cardiac peer support group. I update the website with news and photographs, etc. but I know nothing about programming. The site was set up by someone who is no longer available but I update it regularly to the newest version. If you click on the link below you will see the problem immediately. The photographs are not displaying properly in the Nextgen gallery and there is a load of text that shouldn’t be there. Any help to resolve this would be very much appreciated!
